What we collect
When you request a quote, rent a space, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone, mailing address, and vehicle details. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you provide.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, manage your rental and billing, send service and storm-related notices, improve our website, and, where you've agreed, send texts or marketing messages. We use advertising tools to measure our ads and show relevant ads.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment, email and SMS providers, or when required by law.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting info@baycoaststorage.com.
